In our Schmankerl restaurant, Austrian tradition is at the forefront in a charming, elegant and yet casual ambience.
Here we serve traditional Austrian dishes in a new way: we play with the regional cuisine and give it an international touch. We want to arouse with our dishes the childhood memories of our guests and let them rediscover foods
As far as possible, all fresh products are sourced regionally whether it be char or salmon from the surrounding streams or meat from Austrian farmers. For our vegetarian and vegan guests, our chef also has a lot to offer in the way of culinary delights.
