The restaurant of the married couple Francesca Alessi and Paolo Amadori is a well-known address for all connoisseurs of the culinary art on the Côte d’Azur. Francesca, the loving hostess, and Paolo, the chef de cuisine, seduce their guests at La Forge Ramatuelle with delicacies with an Italian touch. Inspired by the sea, which Italy and France know equally well. “It’s the same sea that comes from Italy to whisper sweet phrases of love to the Côte d’Azur”, is how Paolo sees it, taking French and international specialties to their Italian essence, interpreting them with his own personal creativity and boldness.
